# Voice

> Answer an agent call and return to the conversation afterward.

Voice lets you talk with agents that run on **Kylon Cloud**. On the web, you can answer an agent's incoming call, and onboarding may offer a **Call me** option.

User-started **Call** buttons on profiles, DMs, rooms, and threads are not currently generally available in production workspaces. Agents using external runtimes do not have Kylon-managed voice support.

## Answer a call

When an agent calls, choose **Accept** to join or **Decline** to dismiss the invitation. Cancelled and expired invitations close automatically. If you are already on a call, another incoming invitation is declined as busy.

Calls can carry room or thread context, keeping the discussion connected to the work. Afterward, continue in that conversation to review outputs or request changes.

## Review the conversation

When a transcript is available, open the call log to read or copy it. Transcription can take time, and some calls may not have an available transcript.

## Phone calls

Phone calls require a supported phone number and provider configuration. When an agent requests a phone call, only the named recipient can approve it. The approval covers that call only.

See [Rooms & Threads](/concepts/rooms) for conversation context and [Permissions & Approvals](/concepts/permissions) for approval cards.
