    Announcements Kylon addressed to this workspace, newest first. Default
    --status pending, default 20 results, max 50. Each line shows the id,
    title, this workspace's status, and any recorded outcome.

  kylon workspace announcement show <announcement_id>
    One announcement in full: title, body, action link label and URL, this
    workspace's status, and the recorded outcome and note.

  kylon workspace announcement note <announcement_id> --outcome not_relevant|blocked|deferred [--text <text>]
    Record why you did not deliver an announcement. This is a note for Kylon, not a
    completion: it does not change the announcement's status and does not stop or
    repeat a delivery. The system sets pending/processed from what actually got
    posted. There is no way to mark one delivered from here, and you do not
    need one — post the message and it is handled.
