    Print a bundled skill's complete SKILL.md. In a bounded invocation, when it
    routes to a reference or text script, pass that exact relative path with
    --file. Read these files
    before using a provider's endpoints rather than guessing them. The printed
    version is the skill's own; re-read when it differs from a version you read
    earlier in this conversation.

    Enable and disable update one agent's assignment status without deleting the
    bundled skill. Pass every target key explicitly; duplicate keys are ignored.
    The new assignment set takes effect on that agent's next activation.
